Using the pencil for webtoons doesn't "scroll" smoothly
While using the pencil works correctly in scrolling down, it doesn’t work as smoothly as manually scrolling down

Unfortunately, I can't change that. The scrolling animation is controlled by the system and only exposes an on/off behavior, so I can't easily configure how smooth it is. That said, I think the new webtoon reader feels noticeably smoother overall, so it should be better in the latest version.
