Would you please help release the app in China region?

At the moment, I'm unable to release the app in Mainland China. Apps that provide access to books or publishing content are required by Chinese regulations to hold an Internet Publishing License issued by the National Press and Publication Administration (NPPA). I don't currently have this permit, and without it Apple does not allow distribution in the China App Store.
If this changes in the future, I'll be happy to publish the app in China.
