Can't 'Reconcile All Books' after changing file in server

I updated some files on my server for a series I had smart download on (my bad, I had forgotten it was on a rolling window) Now I keep getting 404's "Failed To Reconcile Downloaded Book With Server" when I try to 'Reconcile All Books'I tried removing the series off smart downloads (and downloads at all) and clearing the cache to no avail..Is there a way to fix this? Sorry for the trouble

I haven't been able to reproduce this so far. I tried what you described in other issue (removing the ComicInfo.xml from some files), but as long as the book ID doesn't change, Komic should still be able to reconcile the progress. Just to make sure, disabling Smart Downloads for that series, removing it from Downloads, and then downloading it again doesn't fix the issue?

The book id did change when I made the file change, which I think is causing the 404 issue > disabling Smart Downloads for that series, removing it from Downloads, and then downloading it again doesn't fix the issue No it doesn't, even removing that series from downloads, smart and manual and not re-adding it doesn't help
